Clip Studio Paint. I wish I had an AI that would do it. Doing it by hand is time consuming and I don't think it looks as real as some of the AI stuff.

Cumfacegenerators a good one too. Not AI but has a ton of prefab cumshots you can use that are good if you stack them and use different levels of transparency
