Her bio says "DM fee" so you can tip her and DM her for a response, many other sellers do that, but she never responds at all. I sent her $40 for 2 DM's and completely ignored me. That was over 2 months ago and when I called her out publicly she still didn't respond with a clear answer. First you have to pay to talk to her on twitter DMs and it's not guaranteed that she'll even talk to you even if you inquire about buying.
