I downloaded this and it's just a poor upscale of the video from this post. Except it's not an AI upscale because there's no extra detail, it looks like a bilinear upscale so the image is just as blurry as the 720p original. The bit rate is ridiculously high at 60Mbps, resulting in an unnecessary 9GB file size. Also there are duplicate frames inserted to artificially raise the frame rate from 50 to 60fps. Here's a cropped screenshot of the "4k" video, and a cropped screenshot of the 720p original resized 3x with the default bilinear filter. They're identical.

Was in a stream a few days ago where she asked viewers if they would like to see her pregnant, so I'd wager you're probably right on this one.
