Not a website... I used Wan 2.1 i2v 480p with ComfyUI. It's an open source software released by alibaba and can be quite technical to use. Some websites like pixverse are using Wan in the backend. Just google or ask chatgpt for more info on Wan.

I found some tutorials on youtube but I have never personally watched them. Hope it helps.
Easiest way to get started is using Runpod templates but it costs money to rent their GPUs.
