Depends what youre looking for. Are you looking to pay for services you need or you want to go to bar and meet them op? Dating apps might be your start, as much as I hate using it. I'd say Ginder and filter it to trans tribes only and go from there. Just sign up with email and not phone number.

Unfortunately one time I used my phone number for grind would it be a big problem ? And also I couldn't fine trans woman close to me.

I myself am heterosexual and would not want my phone number associated with Grinder if there was a data breach for obvious reasons. I believe your best bet is going to a gaybar in Warsaw or major city in Poland and do your best op. Google and Reddit may be your friend here to find said bar. Best of luck op.
