It can but only if they’ve been recently posted. Photo backups on Sotwe can last years but the videos tend to corrupt easily and you can’t download them anymore after a few months from my experience.

I downloaded them using ssstwitter when they were first posted before her account was suspended on twitter.

Also the second vid. Thought it was corrupted but turns out I downloaded it twice. Enjoy.
